About the event
Website: Ever since our founder, Gabriella Truppi, was in High School, she always wanted an ice cream shop. She put those dreams on pause to attend the University of Rhode Island for a semester and a half. When she came home she managed 16 Handles of Flemington and went to Raritan Valley Community College to continue to work towards her degree.
